In October, 2008, eBay stopped allowing Checks and Money Orders as payment for auctions.
Because of this, I no longer receive as many mailed payments as I used to, which now makes it a hassle to accept them.

This is basically true. The way that Western Union is set up does not provide much protection for buyers.
That being said, I have accepted many Western Union payments and I think my eBay feedback proves that I work hard to be a trusted seller.

Yes. In fact, eBay will auto-combine shipping for you if you pay for all of your items at the same time.
Just buy all the items you want, but don't pay for them until after the last item. Then pay for them all together.
NOTE: for USA-Bound orders, eBay will show you a First Class option and a Priority option.
Please be sure to look at both options, becauase Sometimes the Priority option is cheaper than the First Class option.

No - Unfortunately, I no longer have time to compute shipping costs for buyers before they commit to an order.
You will have to trust that the shipping cost for the items will be less than (or in the worst case, the same as) the cost of buying and shipping each item separately.
However, I will be happy to help you compute the combined shipping cost AFTER you commit to buying the items (i.e. after you click "Buy It Now" on all the items you want to buy).

Due to the number of orders I process, I cannot give out tracking numbers unless a package has been in trasnit for 7+ days.
NOTE:International packages shipped via First Class cannot be tracked by the US Postal Service. International packages can be shipped via Priority or Express, which have some tracking, but the base fees are much higher and there are extra handling fees involed.
Transit times are based heavily on the shipping method chosen and the target destination. You can check the USPS Website for official transit times to your destination.
I have started a special section in my forums for buyers to log transit times to various destinations. This should become a usefull tool for buyers to guestimate transit times.
NOTE: PuzzleProz can not be responsible for US Postal Service transit times. All I can do is get the package to the Post Office in a reasonable time, the rest is up to them.
